Our realenthusiastic approach to AI extends to strategy, where we’re finding practical opportunities to make complex information more useful and support more informed decisions.
Strategy Application
Within our strategy and discovery workstreams, AI helps us navigate information, uncover insights, and reduce operational friction. We use it to support tasks like summarizing discovery interviews, conducting asset audits, developing starting points and outlines, proofreading, comparing documents, and gathering research.
For example, during recent enterprise asset audits, AI helped our team process and categorize large volumes of existing collateral against specific audiences and stages of the buyer journey. In one application, we narrowed a pool of up to 50 assets to 12 critical customer-facing pieces. Our team then validated those results, identified content gaps, and determined how the assets could best support the client’s goals.
We’ve also used AI to compare source-of-truth documents against new versions, helping surface omitted details and inconsistencies for human review before finalization.
What We’ve Learned
AI is most useful here when we give it a clear framework and a specific problem to solve. It can help us organize and surface relevant information faster, while our team determines what matters and how to execute our learnings.
As always, our use of AI aligns with client guidelines. Confidential information is never entered into public AI tools, and our team reviews and validates AI-assisted work.
As we continue refining these applications, our focus remains on using AI to support the research, analysis, and strategic thinking that help us deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients.
